PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING
Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Aesthetic Nurse’s Clinic provides services to its clients. By booking a treatment, you, the client are accepting these terms and conditions.
About You
You must be over the age of 18 or 21 for the lip filler treatment. If you have any health issues, allergies, or on heavy medication, please contact us before booking so we can assess your suitability. You must not be pregnant, breastfeeding, on antibiotics, have an infection, flu etc
Deposit (£40)
A deposit will be required to secure your placement in the diary, this deposit is non-refundable but is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Balanse to be paid on the day of your treatment in cash only.
CONSULTATION cost is £40 (which will be deducted from the total cost of booked treatment, however if you will decide that you will not wish to proceed with any treatment I provide - the £40 will be a cost of the consultation and will not be refunded in any way)
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any treatments. However, if you change your mind about any treatment purchased, we are happy to exchange it for alternative treatment if adequate notice is given, this is 7 days before your appointment date. This allows us to ensure enough time is booked out in the diary for your new treatment. If you wont reschedule you are taking a space in a diary and your appointment will be treated as "no show"
How to reschedule?
Please go into your appointment confirmation email where you will find "RESCHEDULE" button and follow the instruction.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hrs notice in order to reassign your appointment time to another client. Please refer to reschedule your appointment above. Missed appointments/ No-shows or failure to give the required notice will result in you losing your deposit and no further appointments will be scheduled in the future. We reserve the right to keep your deposit if you do not turn up on your appointment date or adequate notice is not given. You can reschedule your appointment ONCE only at least 48 hrs prior your appointment.

Important! If you will try to reschedule an appointment less than 48 hrs before the appointment originally booked the system will not allow you to do that and you will lose your deposit.
Important! If you click "Cancel" you will lose your deposit (as said above the deposit in non refundable)
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment and you will lose your deposit. Our business runs on a strict schedule and your lateness can affect the appointments of other individuals.
Should you decide during your appointment that you do not wish to have a treatment, this deposit will be retained and the appointment treated as a consultation to cover the Aesthetic Practitioner's time and expertise.

All new patients- PLEASE BOOK "CONSULTATION ONLY" first. If you will book as your first appointment a treatment you might not get one as I have to assess first if you are a good candidate and there is no contraindications. Hence, to avoid dissapointment please book consultation only first.
Longevity & Sessions Required
Times stated on the longevity of your treatment is dependent on each individual. Several factors such as metabolism, health, and lifestyle play a role in how long your new treatment lasts and no guarantee of an exact result can be provided. Your Aesthetics Practitioner will discuss treatment expectations on the day of your treatment and will strive to achieve the best result for you. Please be aware that it can take a few sessions to build up to your desired results.
Clinic & Treatment Rooms
Children or pets will not be allowed into the clinic or treatment rooms for safety and hygiene reasons and insurance purposes. We politely ask that you do not bring your children or pets to your appointment.
