Types of peel

 

SALICYLIC  ACID PEEL- excellent for deep cleansing the skin in acne prone skin types. Acne originates by a combination of dead skin cells and oil secretions, which block the follicle of the hair, clogging the pores. Salicylic acid will destroy bacteria below the surface and unclog pores

This peel contains not only salicylic acid, but also fantastic active ingredients:

• Tea tree oil, Green tea extract (anti-fungal, antibacterial benefits. It has been proven effective in killing Propionibacterium acnes, bacteria responsible for acne)

• Cucumber extract and Chamomile extract (antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties)

TRAN-X COMPLEX– Tranexamic acid is a unique acid that combines effective, intense action while being gentle to the skin. Who is it for?:

TRI-Clarity PEEL ( Salicylic acid, Mandelic cid and Azelaic acid)

 

This peel is infused with botanical extracts containing high level of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Perfect for skin brightening, exfoliation, free radical damage protection and many others.

Active ingredients:

Contraindications

​

• Skin allergies

• Mechanical peeling (up to 2 weeks post-treatment)

• Skin diseases (psoriasis, eczema)

• Keloids

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding

• Infections (bacterial, viral, fungal)

• Patients treated with retinoids within the last 6 months

• Sun exposure in the last 3 weeks

How does the treatment look like? (approx. 1 hour)

 

• Consultation (skin assessment, indications, contraindications, side effects, results, aftercare, patient’s questions) and signing the consent form

Post treatment care

​

• Immediately after the treatment you may experience the tightening of the skin therefore the       usage of the moisturiser/thermal water/face mask is advised

• Change pillowcase

• Do not have a contact with pets (avoid touching pets with your face)

• Keep hydrated/drink plenty of water

• The skin will start to exfoliate after 2-3 days (exfoliation level depends on the chemical peel used)

• Use fresh and clean towel just for yourself

• Avoid visits to the gym, sauna, swimming pool for 7 days (bacterial exposure)

• Avoid sun exposure for 4 weeks and apply cream with SPF 50
